To the beautiful young lady with glasses on the number 80 a couple weeks back, the one in the military green jacket: We exchanged silent nervous glasses and I regret not introducing myself. Maybe it was on account of a mutual timidness or perhaps I was awe-struck by your soft features. Whatever the case I'm putting all my eggs in the basket of serendipity and hoping our paths may cross again. However, if they don't, I'll remember those brief moments of eye contact fondly and I wish you a beautiful life as perfect strangers.

That's what I wish I said. you were so sweet, you chatted with me, took my photo at Dal O Week and I froze. You made me laugh. You were so kind and cute, but I froze. I don't even remember your name, just that your hand tattoo said Love. I wish I didn't freeze up. Thanks for the photo, are you single?

I spoke to you briefly. You were absolutely gorgeous. Your mismatched bikini had a black top and striped bottoms. I was absolutely gaga and you were even more beautiful with how sweet you were with your daughter. I didn't see a wedding or engagement band...I assumed you are single?

To the guy who was shirtless with camo shorts: You truly are a heartthrob! Sorry if I made it awkward as I shyly smiled and our eyes met as I was going by, and if from a distance I was checking you out. Your good mood and all things hunky made me smile bashfully. Make sure you use sunblock—studs shouldn't get burned.

Flying home from Toronto on Wednesday night. You were a friendly Caper with a warm smile and I was a little more afraid of flying than I thought. Our conversation on travel and books was just what I needed. Thanks for being a friendly distraction. I don't ever do things like this, but here it goes: dear cute guy with long hair, we made eye contact in a north end coffee shop when I walked in this morning, and again when you were buying a date square. I was going to approach you and ask you to have coffee with me, but you left in a red truck before I could ask.
