“Wednesday nights are a staple,” according to The Gorsebrook’s manager Dale MacPhee, who says open mic host, and all-around talented guy Shaun Taylor knows how to work a crowd. Taylor serenades the crowd of regulars, and welcomes new performers every Wednesday as students unwind mid-week. MacPhee says a keen crowd regulars, friendly bar staff, drink specials and a “chilled-out atmosphere” make this open mic a hit.
