While the Museum of Natural History has been undergoing some construction this year, our readers decided to make it the gold recipient for the Best Museum award for the third year in a row. Whether it be the numerous Mi’kmaq artifacts on display, their Science on a Sphere display or simply to visit Gus the Gopher Tortoise, there’s plenty to do at the museum. They have exhibits on the different species of reptiles and amphibians in Nova Scotia, a display dedicated to Nova Scotia’s lush forests, and the museum also holds special exhibits throughout the year, such as their most recent, Bricks By The Sea, courtesy of the Maritime LEGO Users Group.Â
