Two If By Sea has been a staple of downtown Dartmouth for 15 years, and has taken home the gold for Best Cafe so many timesâ13 in totalâthat we had no choice but to make it the first-ever BOH Hall of Fame entrant in the cafe category. (More on that in the New Year.) Chalk it up to the TIBS coffee and croissantsâoh, those croissants!âbut chalk it up to the people behind the counter, too, says co-owner Josh Nordin.
