For 20 years, Dee Deeās has been scooping out handmade ice cream and sorbet to hungry Haligonians. The Nora Bernard Street shop does it all, from banana cardamom to Mexican chocolate, using local ingredients to boot. And in two decades, the recipes havenāt changed. Well, for the most part.
