You're a 24 year old SMU grad that works at a chocolate shop. You totally stole my heart the first time I met you. It's weird how things seemed to click between us so suddenly, it was immediate and electrifying.
After a month of seeing each other, it seemed as though your mum didn't want you to see me anymore. It totally devastated me. She accused me of something I didn't do, and you disappeared completely. I've tried to understand what happened and rationalize it in my head, over and over again and I just can't find any solace or begin to understand why?
If things hadn't been over before they were even started, I can only imagine how much fun we could have had together.. I really liked you. I know you did too. It would be a shame if I never got to talk to you or see you again. I'm not sure what I did wrong, but I want to make it up to you. You're.. just a total goddess and I miss your smile.
I miss you...

During one of our storms this winter, I was taking the bus to my friends place. As I was leaving, I realized I didn't have my SMU student ID. I knew I must have dropped it in the snow on the way there. I figured it was gone for good, buried in the snow. Now, as the snow melted, I didn't think anything of it. It's one thing for someone to see it and walk past it, which I'm positive many people did. It's another to pick it up and put it in the garbage. But some lovely person picked it up and took the time out of their life to mail it directly to my school. It's things like this that can save the world. Thank you, to someone who has a good head on their shoulders. —Grateful Student

After being married for almost 6 years you turn me on and drive me wild for you like the first day we met. You are the sexiest woman on the planet. I love that you can get me going by just walking by me! —J

I don't want to say what you look like or what LC you work at because I don't want to get you in trouble, but you hooked me up with 4 free tallboys friday night! I was even like "is that all?" because I knew the price looked low. You assured me, I wasn't about to question it! I think you might have done it on purpose, maybe no, either way, thanks man! —Tastes Better When It's Free!

To the total sweetheart who works at Tim's on Quinpool..
Thank you so much for asking my mother if she needed the store phone to check bus schedules. Both our cells were dead, we had just missed our bus, and had no idea when the next one was coming. Giving her the phone was very kind, but when you ran out to the stop to make sure the bus didn't leave without us? Amazing.
Afterwards, Mom said she bets you're so nice that you always finish last and I hope she's wrong. Keep on doing what you're doing, you donut slinging angel. —Happy I Didn't Have To Walk Home

Name your price.
ALWAYS keep your cards close to your chest-even with "friends".
Your price is your price.
Try not to think out loud and give out too much information about how many people you are bringing with you, etc. That's your business and the client will find out when you get there. Extra info gives others more wiggle room to whittle you down. Stand your ground, exactly as you did, and never let them see you get upset or offended.
If others are quoting 3 times as much for the same work:
Either
1. There are some greedy buggers out there.
2.The quotes were pulled out of the air (or his ass)
3. Perhaps YOU are undervaluing your own services

To a professor who stands above the rest: You are so handsome and sexy, and I love your devilish smile. Although I'd never say any of this to your face, or act on anything (as you're not single!), it'd be nice to let you know that you're very handsome and certainly capable of inspiring lingering crushes in younger ladies. —Enjoying the View

A few years ago there was a PSST referencing a lady who rode the ferry and read crime/suspense novels and wore, if I remember correctly, a red sweater or coat that the poster referred to as rose colored. I've always wondered if that was for me since I rode the ferry quite frequently at that time. At the time I dismissed it offhand as not possibly about me, but I've thought about it a few times over the past two years. Just want you to know if it was for me thank you. And no, I was not taken at the time, nor am I now. Thanks for making a girl feel better. —Red Sweater Ferry Lady

You were the tall, handsome man wearing a leather jacket, beard and ponytail and you stood by me for a couple of songs during the Wintersleep set at the Marquee on Friday. I was the short, leather jacket wearing girl that you stood beside. I think you're beautiful and if I see you again I won't be too awestricken to say hi. —Next Time
