I want to give thanks to the universe for you-a goddess who has crossed my path. You came in recently to have your car serviced-your adorable little car packed full of horse blankets and treats. All the guys here were going NUTS. I could not have imagined you in my wildest dreams! You are a combination Catherine Zeta Jones/ Jacqueline Bissett/ Shania Twain with a long flowing mane of golden brown curly hair. You have a knockout body and a butt that rivals Pippa's. Your legs seemed to go on forever. You were just so sweet and totally oblivious to the effect you were having. I don't know if you are married or single and I don't care! I hope eventually you will get tired of whatever relationship you are in and give me some room to maneuver! —Here Alone With the Moon

I have been going through a difficult time lately (divorce from an abusive alcoholic, trying to get my life together for myself and my children, etc) and a woman on twitter has been my sounding board. I don't know her life, I don't know her background, I only know of her humour and her willingness to listen to my struggle. She offers encouragement and a sense of belonging when I feel most lost. Thank you pitcherplantnl for fostering a virtual friendship when many would have turned away. I hope that I can some day give strength to another like you have to me. I have told her how much she has helped directly many times but feel that a public (but anonymous) thank you is needed. —A Little Damaged But Surviving

Saw you last Friday at the grocery store. I went weak at the knees. You were behind me in the check out we chatted and again behind me in the NSLC. You bought wine, the clerk ID'd you. I wouldn't have, but you did look so young in your short blue skirt and black tights.Maybe next time you'll let me drive you home, instead of a taxi. —Love Struck Older Man

I was mistakenly so stressed about turning 40 in 2012. It has been a fantastic 5 months so far and every day is a new adventure. Is it because 40 is a magical age? No. I just decided that life was going to be about making me a priority and not an afterthought. And my 40th birthday seemed to be the best place to start. So embrace it, luxuriate in it and definitely don't stress about it. —Not Just Content; Ecstatic!

I happened to be out at this "PERFECT" little bar in Dartmouth last Friday night. It was a quiet evening but got a little busier in the evening. The band was really good and the patrons were enjoying the atmosphere. My eye caught this handsome gentleman buying a drink. He was well dressed, dark hair....soul patch mid-thirties? I would have pegged him for a musician. Resembles Mick Jagger. I had seen him around but not recently. There were 2 female bartenders working that night that seemed to like him. I watch the younger bartender sprint from one end of the bar to the other and whispered in his ear. Apparently, a patron she was waiting on, an attractive blonde, wanted to dance with him so she used the bartender to convey the message. I am not sure if the 2 had known each other or not but when they danced together it seemed like they knew each other for years. The gentleman spent the remainder of the evening talking and dancing to the woman and her friend who happened to be a very attractive and popular female singer from Woodside. Very refreshing to see so much class, poise, respect and chivalry that evening! It made my night knowing that such class still exists.....Sigh!!! Cheers to the club owners for having great music and wonderful clientele! —Such a Spectacle

Sometimes you take my bus. Sometimes I see you walking around North End. You have a mustache and a bowtie. You're probably an artist. If you aren't, you must be art incarnate. Your eyes are golden, and the other day, on Windsor, they accidentally met mine. Keep being perfect, mysterious boy. I'm sure your smile lights up more lives than just mine. —Walking the fine line between Hopeless Romantic and Weirdo, leaning hard toward Weirdo

I find myself wondering what it would be like in your presence, surely your avitar doesn't do you justice. Would you like to do coffee or dinner sometime, wog dog, my queen? —A Secret Admirer
