I know it was a one-night stand, and I'd usually be able to let it go and move on, but you're just so f-ing awesome. Without sounding completely creepy, if I could piece together my ideal guy, he'd probably come out looking and acting a lot like you. Maybe we'll see each other again sometime and you'll realize how perfect we'd be for each other. Or maybe that one night was it. Either way, I just want to say I'm excited to know you exist. —Hopelessly Smitten

You have my heart, and you don't even know it. You're too busy reading The Coast's Love the Way We Loves to turn around and see me trying to talk to you. I'll muster up the courage eventually to talk to you. —Hoping To Be Noticed With Brown Hair

To the kind person who took time out of their day to leave a sweet note, enclosed with my lost house key that got dropped on the sidewalk, thank you!! You turned a crazy chaotic day, full of bungled episodes into one where I was able to breathe a sigh of relief at the end of it all. — “It's a lot easier to be lost than found. It's the reason we're always searching and rarely discovered--so many locks not enough keys.” - SD, Lock and Key

Just wanted to say thanks again to the super nice guy on the 34 last Friday morning. It was a long ride to work because of the storm and I started feeling really faint. He overheard me say this and gave me a bottle of gatorade. I don't know what I would have done without you that day, I hope one day I can repay you somehow :) —K

You have stayed with me through ups and downs. You put up with me when I do stupid things to upset you repeatedly after you warned me not too and I should know better. You are always there when I need you and I am trying so hard now to show you things will be great again with us. I will stay at your side forever and promise to make our future what you told me you dreamed of us sharing together. You are the most amazing person in the world and you mean so much to me. I love you with all my heart my Sexy Poonts. —Your Old Bastard

I'm so lucky to have the friends in my life that I do! I don't know what I'd do without you around. You've been there for me though my own personal Hell and back and I'm so grateful.
Much love. —L

I have to say thanks for opening me up to a whole new way to view the world. When we met, I was definitely more reserved and you were the more worldly one. Since then we have both moved on and I have been having the time of my life. This may sound like a bitch - it isn't. This is a thank you. You helped me realize that my conservative life was not working and I am making changes. I wish you every happiness in your life, that you find great experiences every day. I will be forever grateful to you as I have a whole new perspective of my life and love it! You have given me such a generous gift. Being content is a wonderful place for me. —You Know Who It Is... How do you fit so many beautiful people in one store?! I only stopped in for a 5 minute tour of your lovely shop, but it was five minutes well spent! As I wandered about in my nicest pair of camouflage pants your super attractive retail workers were polite, helpful, and beyond attractive. I like you guys, you made my weekend :) —Camouflaged Dude With His Chin On The Floor

To the bus driver who drives the 21 and the 18 on most Sunday mornings,
I think it's awesome that you always wait until each individual person that steps onto your bus sits down before you continue on your route. I've been on many, many buses where I've almost fallen flat on my face because the bus driver cannot wait three seconds for me to find a seat. It is a kind gesture that I really appreciate and I'm sure others do as well.
