An organic landscaping company, Helping Nature Heal avoids chemicals or spraying in its work on the South Shore and in HRM. It encourages people to reduce the amount of lawn, to use clover, broad-leafed weeds and native plants instead of grass to encourage diversity and a healthier landscape. The company also educates, whereby they build outdoor classrooms, community gardens, develop Horticulture as Therapy Programs and provide workshops to garden clubs and conservation groups.
