Sondheim’s 1973 musical follows an aging woman and her love affairs through the country at the turn of the century. Based on the Ingmar Bergman film Smiles of a Summer Night and featuring some of his most famous songs, like "A Weekend in The Country," "Miller’s Son," "Every Day a Little Death" and "Send in the Clowns."
