A Midsummer Extreme: A Musical

Held in the Woodlawn Library Auditorium (accessible for Friday night's performance by the back library entrance only), this isn't your usual showing of Shakespeare: In the dog days of the season, in 1595 London, the queen is waiting for Will's next big hit—but so far all the bard's got is a play within a play and four lovers stuck in the forest. As both cast and characters begin to prove unruly, Shakespeare decides he must go into the woods himself to find the words to tell this story. But what awaits behind the branches?
