Part of the Mahone Bay Summer Concert Series, this evening of classical music features husband and wife duo Andrew Tees and Kate Carver.
Carver's soft piano melodies offer the backdrop for Tess' baritone voice as they present the rarely-performed Schubert song cycle.
Dating from 1823, the Schubert cycle features 20 songs, following the story of a young journeyman's happiness and despair.
