Belonging(s) reception and performance

Lisa Smolkin and Neil LaPierre celebrate their joint project of video, audio, installation and performance art, tackling themes of belonging versus owning belongings—and how sometimes acquiring new belongings helps you feel you belong, too—at this reception and performance. Comedian Cheryl Hann will also be on deck to make the most of the themes on offer, "exploring the tropes of feminine adolescence and her own preteen longing both to 'belong' and to 'be long' using humour."
