After the parade wraps up downtown, another parade of sorts will wind up Gottingen Street for this ode to avocado toast featuring a bluegrass soundtrack via The Franklin Brewery Boys. Those devoted to their eggs benny may want to arrive early for prime seating and mimosa-swilling.
