The SMU art gallery prepares to unveil its eyeball-energizing, heart-thumping, brain-flooding show #callresponse—which showcases work from five Indigenous women artists "living within the Canadian nation state"—with an opening that sees the Sobey Art Award-winning Ursula Johnson perform with Meagan Musseau. Polaris-prize winning Inuk throat singer Tanya Tagaq is also listed amongst the event's "guest responders."
