Best of Halifax-winning actor Stewart Legere is sure to captivate in this Shakespeare by the Sea production. Based on the story of Charlotte von Mahlsdorf, a World War Two-era transvestite who thrived in Nazi Germany and Communist East Berlin, it features Legere playing over 40 characters (and using associated accents, from German to the American Midwest. SBTS calls I Am My Own Wife “a one-woman show for a man.”
