International Holocaust Remembrance Day

Please join us for a special screening of the film, Here Lived, 2023, Netherlands, English, Documentary, 81 minutes. Conceptual artist Gunter Demnig’s Stolpersteine project provides a path from one of the most egregious wrongs of history, the Nazi reign of terror. The Stolpersteine Demnig crafted are, in theory, quite simple: concrete blocks topped with permanent brass plates that are hand stamped with the names and fates of victims of Hitler's reign of terror. The stones are laid into the pavement in front of the last residence of those murdered. Reception to follow. Presented by Atlantic Jewish Council and Pier 21.
