Ixcanul

This Guatemalan film, the first ever to be shot in the indigenous Mayan language of Kaqchikel, follows the story of a 17 year old girl living on a coffee plantation at the base of a volcano. Arranged to be married to someone she doesn't love, she plots a desperate escape to the United States.
