Leaves of The Virgin Mary
In this one-act play, a young woman struggling to deal with grief in the midst of an existential crisis turns to a spirit quest plant, Salvia Divinorum, for guidance. Instead of finding direction, she finds herself lost in a whirl of memories about the dissolution of her family, her extreme isolation and her relationship with a chaotic and beautiful painter named Maria.
