Live Art presents: RUBBERBANDance
Montreal group RUBBERBANDance presents Gravity of Centre, a fusion of hip-hop and contemporary dance. Choreographer Victor Quijada creates a group dance that posits each individual dancer as both the centre of the group and the outlier, orbiting the others. The five dancers' interweaving moves illustrate the struggle of survival and are just plain fascinating to watch.
