Nordic Walking

Nordic walking uses walking poles to take the pressure off of joints while giving you an all-over body workout that burns 20 per cent more calories than regular walking. Staff from Oh My Sole will demonstrate proper technique and lead a walk around the Portland Lakes Trail. Poles will be provided. Registration is required, call 490-2636.
