Open since spring 2010, former CD Plus assistant manager Ian Fraser is making a go of it with a specialty record store in the north end, offering vinyl, CDs and DVDs, both new and used.
As Shoptalk reported last month, a new record store has opened in the north end. Sure it sounds unlikely, but we assure you it’s true. Obsolete Records (2454 Agricola Street) is having it grand opening Saturday, May 22. The event will kick off at noon and will feature performances from Julie Doiron, Jon McKiel and more local artists to be announced.
