The award-winning curator known for pioneering Canada's video art presents three installations for the fest: DisOriental (Outdoor Video Screen)—Dressed in white, wearing a bamboo sun hat, Wong materializes himself at the entrance of the Saint-Etienne Bridge in Limognes France navigating using an iPad screen; #LLL, Looking, Listening, Looping (Craig Gallery)—10, 10" x 12" screens play a series of animated GIFs that compete for attention and overwhelm; Flash Memory (Outside the Craig Gallery)—A chronology of photographs flash on and off at 15 pictures per second, 900 frames per minute.
