Directors Mélanie Carrier and Olivier Higgins recognize that they and many fellow Québékers know little about Québéc First Nations, even when studies show that 50% of Québékers have at least one aboriginal ancestor. In their multi award-winning documentary they ride their bikes out along the North Shore of the St. Lawrence to meet with many people in their quest to find answers about clichés and prejudices, and how to improve relations.
