This annual concert (and warm-up to the final set of Natal Day fireworks) highlights young artists from all genres. This year the Royal Volts, Jody Upshaw, Alfie and Like a Motorcycle all made the cut for a show that will skew from straight-up rock to tough-as-nails punk.
