Catherine Hernandez comes to Venus Envy to read and celebrate her recent book Scarborough. Following the lives of three children who live in Toronto's low-income East End, Scarborough touches on themes of mental illness, the shelter system and drugs while showing the positive impact of neighbourhood programming.
