You'll have a scant 48 hours to make a new concept into completed flick in this challenge, which caps with a public screening of all entries on Sept 27 at the Halifax Central Library. Before the cameras start rolling, though, you can meet the competition—ahem, we mean fellow filmmakers—at this elbow-rubbing sesh.
