The Canada Council Art Bank buys contemporary art and rents it to government offices, in this exhibit curator Jan Allen attempts to explore Canadian identity through drawings, paintings, photographs, ceramics, and mixed-media works acquired since 2001 by under-represented groups---queer, female, immigrant and First Nations artists.
