Ada Denil's collection of painted works, drawings, and small three-dimensional pieces depict contorted figures trapped in jars. The series is "a reflection on feelings of restriction," the artist's statement says: "The character appears powerless. Silenced by transparent walls, immobilized and cramped. He/She is seen but not heard, the viewers are free to speculate and observe them fully. None of it is real though; The jar is an illusion."
