This film by Lukas Moodysson takes place in 1980s Stockholm and is inspired from his wife’s graphic novel. It tells the story of what happens when 13 year olds Klara, Bobo, and Hedvig decide to take a risk and start their own female punk band in a time when the punk scene has died out.
