LGen Roméo Dallaire, founder of The Roméo Dallaire Child Soldiers Initiative and Stephen Lewis, co-director of AIDS Free World will deliver a lecture on the use of sexual and gender based violence and the extensive use of child soldiers by armed groups and their respective groups' efforts to bring an end to their uses.
