What The Folk! Remembering Don Burke
Event organizers sum up this edition of the semi-monthly song circle: "Don was a regular and beloved elder performer of the WTF circle who died suddenly on March 17, barely three weeks after turning 80. After performing regularly with The Don Burke 4 on Singalong Jubilee, he enjoyed a long career with Les Troubadours in France. Back in Halifax, he released his first solo CD in 2000. He is sorely missed."
