Halifax-based Paynter and his band mates are churning out jazzy sounds with a heavy twist at this free concert. Influenced by Jazz legends such as Horace Silver and Hank Mobley, you can expect a groovy atmosphere while they play pieces from Paynter's recent debut record, City Grit.
