An old Irish tradition, Women's Christmas "began as a day when the women enjoyed a break from domestic responsibilities and celebrate together at the end of the holidays," event organizers explain. Here, the Ladies Beer League gets in on the fun, throwing a festive end-of-the-holidays fete that features a Yankee Swap and fundraiser for menstrual hygiene supplies.
