To the people who nearly got run over by the Taxi Mini-Van crossing Queen street on Spring Garden at around 5:15 on Friday March 13th because he didn't feel it was necessary to wait for you to finish crossing even though you were already half way across the street, I got his license number and filed a complaint. —Horrified Passenger
