I recently purchased a pre-packaged sushi lunch from a grocery store in Hali and was shocked when the clerk refused to give me more than two additional packets of soya sauce to accompany my 8-piece lunch. Her boss instructed her to provide NO MORE than three packets per customer. I called her boss and asked him why in the name of all things fishy he would penny pinch on a few extra soya sauce packets given the cost of a lunch -- in my case $10. "Because people are using the soya sauce for other things." He refused to budge, and I refuse to patronize a business that can't meet a customer halfway. —Hungry in Hali
