Texting driver
Female driver / glasses / grey car/ Robie St. heading North at 11:30 on Friday Dec. 4. I can't be 100% sure but as I inched by you in the next lane it looked to me like you had your phone on your lap and were texting while you were stopped at the light. If I'd gotten your plate I would have been tempted to report you so that you at least got a warning about distracted driving. —Rex
