Thanks for the spanking good time. It’s good for a man to feel alive and wild occasionally when living in the most vanilla of domestic situations. —Iggy

The best part of leaving is remembering the things you love. These Loves, coffees at Coburg, Metro Transit people watching, fallen leaves creating yellow brick roads and of course the salty sea breeze. —Hugs and kisses from far far away.

To the lady in green picking up other peoples litter as she made her way down Barrington. You are awesome and you made the city just that bit more pleasant! Thanks. —JJ

Want to send a big thank you to the kind person who found my drivers license at the Canada Games Centre and mailed it back to me. I thought it was lost forever. You didn't include a name or return address, just a friendly note. Cheers to you too! —Grateful in Bayside

We met just once, when you sidled up to me on the dance floor. You looked like someone that I knew once, and so I was giving you dewy eyes. Although you likely don't remember this silly girl, thank you for the dance. I wish you and the one I remember most fondly the luckiest, loveliest, adventures. —J

I was walking toward you inside a certain Spring Garden Road shopping establishment Friday afternoon. We made eye contact and I looked away. I wish I'd smiled and said hi instead. —Awkward Blonde

know why i love you? it's because you let me call you "baby" long before it was really appropriate to do so. and because of the way you now call me "baby" too. —your baby

To my love. My wonderful love, this is not a note to confess how much I adore you. I try to tell you every day how much you mean to me. How your smile makes me melt, your voice warms my (previously cold robot) heart, or how a simple gesture like holding your hand feels like the best thing in the world. I'm writing you a love note to remind you that you are a strong, kind and brave woman. The last week has been particularly challenging and rough and unfair, but you will get through this. I'll always be here for you. You're my co-pilot and my partner in life and I wouldn't have it any other way. —Your biggest fan

It's been years, I don't know where, I just know you don't live here anymore, you have happily moved on. I'm sorry I ran away and didn't look back or even explain myself; I left you high and dry, and it was not fair. You are a great guy and the first to treat me respectfully and you were a complete gentlemen. I was feeling strong emotions that I was not used too, and I had never experienced intimacy like that from just talking to someone, so I did what I do best, I ran. If I am being honest, it was easy for me to tell myself, you were not reciprocating the same feelings and I was being a fanciful girl with a fairytale crush. I just started to think about it the last few days; from the bottom of my heart I am sorry. I know I will never see you again, and I hope you have everything you deserve. If there is that one in a million chance we cross paths, it will be uncomfortable and vulnerable for me, but I will apologize and explain why, face to face. —Scared Lady
