Halifax is so beautiful when the sun comes out! I've never seen a happier crowd of people than us Haligonians today. People I've never seen before that live on my street were out frolicking in the sun's presence. I'm glad to know everyone has come out of hibernation. A huge sigh of relief and the buses are back. But, there's something new going on, and I hope it stays. Bus drivers are cheerful, passengers are grateful. I hope this stays. I believe bus drivers should be welcoming when passengers board, and passengers should be thankful when they leave. It's common courtesy and it makes us all feel good.
