To all the people on the "zombie walk" yesterday:

You guys rock! Everyone was really into it and the make up was fantastic! Particularly the guy with the hot dog intestines coming out of his shirt!

You all made a lazy Sunday bus ride a lot more entertaining! Thank you. —Zombie Lover

I can still remember the police tape, blockade, and cinders coming from your building. I was grief stricken that I may never get to see you, smell you, or taste you ever again.

I sank into despair as I drove by the remains on South Street every day - why did you have to leave me? What would I do without you? Would I be able to live with myself after I'd moved on to someone else?

Then yesterday, your old window looked oddly inhabited - you've come back to me! I've missed you - nothing could replace you. Never leave me again.—Focaccia Bread Fanatic

Thank-you for giving me my life back. I had no idea life could feel this good.

So, this is what regular folk feel like most of the time? —Waking up every morning isn't so bad after all

When the salt from my tears
Burn my eyes
For the very last time.

When all the memories
Make me smile
Instead of cry.

When I forget your birthday
Your phone number
The name of our unborn son,

When I kiss another one-
I'll get over you.

When I wake up with a smile on my face
And realize I’m going to be fine
Instead of lying here wondering why.

You can’t make me happy.

I realize that I never could be what you need.

When I see you with her
and your waking down the street.

And your happy
which makes me happy.

I'll get over you.

But right now

My senses are lost My body is restless

My soul searches for the hidden truth

It breaks my heart all over again
Cause the voice inside is screaming
I'll never get over you

..It's been three years to the day... I will get over you. —Everything that glitters isn't gold

Something weird was happening to my eye the other night and I didn't know whether to go to Emergency or not. So I called 811 and was connected right away with a Registered Nurse who did a great job with 'triage', calmly going through a Q&A. Conclusion: Go to Emerg. I'm glad I did.

If it's night, you're sick, but don't know how bad it is, 811 is there for you. —The Grateful Eye

To Dr. C and his staff - I brought my sick cat in for what I thought would be a relatively minor matter. The diagnosis proved to be much more serious, resulting in euthanasia. The tact, thoughtfulness and kindness with which both my cat and I were treated made a terrible experience a little bit easier, even after I dissolved into a teary mess.

You're doing a wonderful job. Thank you. —Sad cat owner
