I love the way the Spring Garden groupies stand between Tim Hortons and Subway everyday and think they're so fucking cool, acting like Gang-Stars. If you all knew how much you ruin everyone's day with your loud face that never shuts up, from all the bumming and stupid comments you make about everyone but yourselves, well here's an idea you bunch of trash bags: Instead of being a loser from morning till night, try something different for a change like getting a job and stop pissing people off everyday. To the SOB who feels the need to impersonate someone and attempt to ruin my life and my livelihood: You have won I know who you are but I will suck it up and deal with it because I always try to be the better person. What you have done is not cool, not in the least. You have affected more lives than my own and that is NOT OK. I kept your secrets for a long time and will continue to, because I always try to take the high road. Maybe it was your intention to screw with everyone involved…who knows…and honestly, who gives a fuck. I am going to be working in customer service for probably my whole career. I have a job for now and I am in school currently but when I get out I am still going to be working with people in customer service, just in a different field. Regardless of where I have worked I have always been yelled at (or witnessed my co-workers being yelled at) by customers who don't get their way. Grown-ass people throw tantrums in a store, in public with other customers around. Are you for real people?
Tonight I was unable to assist a customer because of something out of my hands. I would probably have been able to help them out tomorrow but I needed to confirm importunate things with THEIR information but because the office is closed and no one answered the phone I couldn't confirm it for them. What did I get when I told the customer I couldn't help them tonight...I got called an ugly bitch and a dirty cunt.
I told the guy off! I swore right back at him but honestly I hate being aggressive with people, I hate raising my voice but I hate being called nasty things more. I will always stand up for myself. If you don't get what you want it's usually not really the customer service reps fault they are most likely just doing their job. I think people need to calm the fuck down and stop yelling at each other. -Ugly Bitch

You suck. Every time I run over there at like 8;45 with a late-night craving for chocolate or snacks....your doors are locked! Yet the sign on the door says you are open until 9. That ain't right. I see your lazy store clerks hiding inside pretending they don't see me so they don't have to let me in. It's not like I'm there to casually browse around for 20 minutes. I want in and out with treats as quickly as possible, but your staff are in such a hurry to leave they are locking the doors before actual closing time. The liquor store next door to you doesn't have this problem. If you say you are open for business until 9pm you had better well be letting customers in until then, otherwise, change your posted store hours to reflect what time you really close. -Sincerely, neighbour lady across the street who always has booze but no snacks

I don't give a shit about ~celebrity~ tattooers, tattoo show hosts or mud wrestling (which seems like a poor entertainment idea for an area where people are gathering with fresh wounds, btw).
